Refund and Return Policies and Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1 <u>ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2 <u>Item(s) purchased from ShopOwners\u2019s boutique must be lodged and resolved at the boutique itself.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.3 <\/strong>Returns \/ Exchanges for purchase made <strong><u>at SevenMoon app<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Returns \/ Exchanges are strictly reserved for cases of product\u00a0<strong>defects or damages at factory, or mistaken delivery.<\/strong><\/li><li>Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the\u00a0<strong><u>same item, colour and size<\/u><\/strong>.<\/li><li>We will not attend any exchanges for a different colour, size and design or any wrong purchases. Examples of unpermitted requests:<ul><li>\u201cI change my mind\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cI don\u2019t\u2019 like this design\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cThe size doesn\u2019t fit me\u201d<\/li><li>&#8220;I wish to change to another size&#8221;<\/li><li>\u201cI\u2019ve bought or clicked on the wrong product \/ variant\u201d<\/li><li>&#8220;I want to change to another colour&#8221;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Item(s) must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.<\/li><li>Beauty products, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories (including jewellery, bags), headscarves (including inners), shoes, home and living products (including candles, diffusers) are non-returnable. Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.<\/li><li>We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products of any transactions although the condition above is met.<\/li><li>If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead.<\/li><li>Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (raising a return request at App\u2019s order) before proceeding with the returns\/exchanges.<\/li><li>Item(s) must be returned\u00a0within 3 working days\u00a0after receipt of the order.<\/li><li>Customers must notify the person-in-charge on any postages made.<ul><li>Kindly update the parcel movements to us (tracking number).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Customers will be responsible to ensure the item(s) are safely delivered.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Exchanges will be processed within 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
